Invisible Orthodontics (Smartee) is a modern orthodontic treatment that uses a series of clear, removable aligners to straighten teeth and correct bite problems gradually and discreetly. These customized aligners are designed using advanced 3D imaging technology, allowing patients to achieve their desired tooth alignment without the need for traditional braces.
Smartee aligners offer numerous benefits that make them a preferred choice among patients seeking to improve their smile:
With Smartee, patients can expect gradual and effective dental alignment without the use of metal brackets. Results include a more esthetic smile, a better bite and improved overall dental health.
At Tropicana Medical Center, we are dedicated to providing you with the best dental care possible. Our team of specialists in invisible orthodontics is ready to provide you with comprehensive and personalized treatment.

Aligners are clear plastic sleeves that fit over the teeth to gradually move them to the desired position. They are an alternative to traditional braces.
Although each patient has a personalized Treatment Plan and each case is unique, in general, invisible orthodontic treatments usually last between 12 and 24 months (on average 18 months). At Tropicana Medical Center, your orthodontist will follow up on the entire treatment and adjust it to your needs.
It is possible that the first few days, at each change of aligners you may feel some pain in your teeth. This indicates that the teeth are moving. This pain should disappear in one or two days. If the pain does not go away, consult your orthodontist.
The first time you wear the clear aligners you may feel your speech change, but that lisp will last only a few days, as your mouth and tongue get used to the invisible braces quickly.
Ideally, you should wear your clear aligners from 20 to 22 hours a day, and only remove them to eat and maintain your daily dental hygiene.
Your orthodontist will tell you how often to change your clear aligners. It is usual to change the clear aligners every one to two weeks. Remember that each treatment is personalized and it is the orthodontist who should guide you.
Our recommendation is not to smoke if you wear invisible braces. Cigarette smoke can stain and damage the aligners, which will make them appear less clear. Cigarette smoke can also damage teeth and gums, which can affect the success of orthodontic treatment.
